Sarah Stone
Stone (she/her) teaches Government/Economics and 12th grade Students with Disabilities at UASLE. Prior to becoming a teacher, she worked for over a decade in youth activism, school integration, and education policy. She is excited to continue to amplify youth voice and support students in building their research, critical thinking, and advocacy skills at UASLE. Stone has a BA in Middle East Studies from Columbia University, an MPA in Urban & Social Policy from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and an MS Ed from Brooklyn College in Teaching. Outside of school, Stone loves running, biking, reading the news (from credible sources!), and visiting National Parks.
