Dennis Hardy
Dennis Hardy is a Special Education teacher at the Urban Assembly School for Leadership and Empowerment. He co-teaches 9th/ 10th-grade Humanities courses such as Global History, English Language Arts, and Bioethics, focusing on social justice-oriented pedagogy, student-centered instruction. Dennis holds a B.A. and M.A. in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Special Education. His teaching philosophy draws on intersectional, culturally responsive, and decolonial-oriented approaches to support diverse learners.
